I really don’t know what’s happening with these rates, but this one is for sure the best one on the market.

Get a 5 year fixed closed mortgage from Bank of Montreal at a special rate of 4.99% – that’s  0.26% lower than their previous special offer and the best rate in Canada. The rate is even lower than their 3 year open variable rate.
